Getting Started

Our heatmap analytics tool supports various platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and standalone PHP sites. Follow the steps below to integrate the script on your site and start gathering valuable insights about user behavior.

1. Install the Heatmap Script

To begin, download the appropriate script for your platform from the options below:

2. Integration Instructions

  1. Upload the downloaded script files to your server.
  2. Run the installer by accessing `install.php` through your browser to set up the necessary database tables.
  3. Include the `session-capture.js` script on all pages you want to track:

  1. Download the WordPress plugin and install it via the WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Activate the plugin and go to the plugin settings page to configure your preferences.
  3. The session recording script will automatically be added to all pages.

  1. Install our app from the Shopify App Store.
  2. Follow the setup instructions provided in the app to add the session recording script to your store.

  1. Add the following HTML snippet to the custom code section of your site settings:

Viewing and Analyzing Heatmaps

Once integrated, you can log in to your dashboard to view session recordings and analyze heatmap data. Use our filters and replay tools to gain insights into user behavior on your site.
